At Doorix, we are committed to delivering your products safely, efficiently, and in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy outlines important information about how we handle and process your orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom and made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

  • Samples are shipped via standard carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Garage doors and large products are shipped via door-to-door flatbed delivery with unloading service included.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Samples typically ship within 2–3 business days.
  • Standard garage doors ship within 1–3 weeks after order confirmation.
  • Customized garage doors are made to order and typically ship within 4–10 weeks, depending on the level of customization.
  • Estimated delivery windows will be provided once your order is shipped.
  • Please note that while we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances may occur and are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer flat-rate shipping for select products where indicated.
  • Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery and Unloading

  • For oversized shipments (e.g., garage doors), flatbed delivery with unloading is provided at your curbside or driveway.
  • Customers are responsible for moving the product beyond the delivery point.
  • Delivery personnel are not authorized to install, unpack, or move products beyond the unloading area.

Shipping Insurance

  • All shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of order.
  • Doorix is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
