Refund policy

At Doorix, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every item is backed by the manufacturer's guarantee and insured during transit to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

While most products are eligible for return within seven (7) days of delivery, custom orders (see the "Custom Orders" section below) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All returns must be pre-authorized by Doorix. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only, with applicable taxes refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

Return Policy:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the item is received and inspected at our manufacturer's facility.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Any modifications—including installation, staining, or alterations—will void return eligibility.
  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition; any damages or missing parts will be deducted from the refund.
  • Shipment refusals will be treated as standard returns and are subject to the same restocking and return policies.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
