**IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Doorix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the measurement responsibility provisions in Section 2 and the limitation of liability in Section 11.**
# **Section 1 — What Doorix Sells**
Doorix LLC (“Doorix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a California corporation that designs, sources, and sells aluminum garage door components including panels, tracks, hardware, and related parts (collectively, “Products”). Doorix is a product supplier only.

**DOORIX DOES NOT PROVIDE, ARRANGE, SUPERVISE, OR WARRANTY INSTALLATION SERVICES. ALL INSTALLATION IS PERFORMED BY INDEPENDENT, LICENSED THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTORS. DOORIX IS NOT A PARTY TO ANY AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ANY INSTALLER.**

By purchasing from Doorix, you acknowledge and agree that:
*   You are purchasing door components only — not an installation service.
*   Installation must be performed by a licensed contractor in compliance with all applicable local building codes and regulations.
*   Doorix is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, workmanship, or safety of any installation performed by any third party.
*   Doorix is not liable for any installer modifications to the Products after delivery, including adjustments to springs, tracks, openers, or panels.
*   Any damage, injury, or loss arising from improper installation, post-delivery modification, or installer error is solely the responsibility of the installer and/or customer.
# **Section 2 — Customer Measurement Responsibility**
Garage doors are custom-configured products built to specifications you provide. Doorix relies entirely on the measurements and configuration details submitted by you at the time of order. Doorix has no ability to independently verify customer-supplied dimensions.

Before placing an order, you are solely responsible for:
*   Accurately measuring the rough opening width, height, headroom, sideroom, and backroom of your garage.
*   Confirming the correct track type (standard lift, high lift, or vertical lift).
*   Confirming the appropriate spring type (torsion or extension) for your application.
*   Verifying opener compatibility with your selected door model.
*   Ensuring your selected specifications comply with applicable local building codes and HOA requirements.

**By completing your purchase, you represent and warrant that all measurements and configuration details submitted are accurate. Doorix is not liable for any misfits, performance issues, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete specifications supplied by the customer or any third party acting on the customer's behalf (including contractors and designers).**

A complimentary Spec Confirmation Call is available before placing your order. Contact us at [team@doorixofficial.com](mailto:team@doorixofficial.com) or book via [doorixofficial.com/pages/contact](http://doorixofficial.com/pages/contact). Use of this service does not transfer measurement responsibility to Doorix unless confirmed in writing.

# **Section 3 — Orders and Pricing**
## **3.1 Order Acceptance**
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Doorix reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund. Order confirmation emails are automated and do not constitute final acceptance by Doorix.

## **3.2 Pricing**
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time you complete checkout is the price you will be charged. Pricing errors may occasionally occur; in such cases Doorix will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

## **3.3 Taxes**
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on the shipping destination. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local jurisdiction, including any import duties for deliveries outside the contiguous United States.

## **3.4 Commercial Orders**
Warranty terms in Section 7 apply to residential use only. Commercial installations (including multi-family, mixed-use, or any non-residential application) are subject to separate warranty terms, which must be agreed in writing prior to order placement. If no commercial warranty agreement is in place, Products sold for commercial use are provided as-is with no warranty.

# **Section 4 — Payment**
Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. For qualifying orders, a 50% deposit may be accepted at our discretion. No order will be released for production or shipping until payment in full (or agreed deposit) has been received and cleared.

All credit card and payment information is encrypted during transmission. Doorix does not store full credit card numbers.

Chargeback Policy: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Doorix and allowing us 5 business days to resolve the issue, Doorix reserves the right to (a) dispute the chargeback with documented evidence of delivery and order confirmation, and (b) suspend future orders from the same customer or entity. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may be referred for fraud review.

# **Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery**
## **5.1 Shipping Fee**
A flat shipping fee of $199 applies to all orders shipped within the contiguous United States, regardless of door size or configuration. This fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation after shipment has been arranged, or in cases where the customer provides incorrect delivery information. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may be subject to additional charges quoted separately.

## **5.2 Lead Times**
Lead times vary based on configuration, availability, and fulfillment conditions. Doorix will provide an estimated ship date at the time of order confirmation. All estimated lead times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Doorix is not liable for delays caused by manufacturing, freight carriers, customs, port congestion, weather events, labor disruptions, or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

## **5.3 Delivery Requirements**
Garage doors are large, heavy items shipped via freight carrier on a pallet or in crated packaging. You are responsible for:
*   Ensuring the delivery location is prepared for freight unloading, including clear driveway access, sufficient space for the freight carrier to maneuver, and conditions that allow for safe unloading without risk of damage to the product, property, or persons. Doorix is not responsible for damage or delays resulting from inadequate delivery conditions.
*   Inspecting all packages for visible damage at the time of delivery and clearly noting any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
*   Notifying Doorix of any shipping damage within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence sent to [team@doorixofficial.com](mailto:team@doorixofficial.com).

Failure to note visible damage at the time of delivery or to notify Doorix within 5 business days may significantly limit or eliminate your ability to file a freight damage claim. Doorix will not be liable for damage that was not documented at time of delivery.

## **5.4 Risk of Loss**
Risk of loss and title to Products passes to you upon delivery to the freight carrier at the point of origin. Doorix is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during transit.

# **Section 6 — Wrong Parts & Claims Process**
## **6.1 Doorix's Commitment**
If Doorix ships a product that does not match the specifications confirmed in your order documentation, we will replace the incorrect component at no cost to you, subject to the claims process below.

## **6.2 How to File a Claim**
All wrong-parts claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for no-cost replacement. To file a claim:
*   Email [team@doorixofficial.com](mailto:team@doorixofficial.com) with your order number and “Parts Claim” in the subject line.
*   Attach clear photographs of: (a) the item received, (b) the item's label or markings, and (c) the original packaging.
*   Include a written description of the discrepancy between what was ordered and what was received.

## **6.3 Claim Review and Resolution**
Doorix will review submitted claims within 5 business days and determine whether the discrepancy is attributable to:
*   Factory/Doorix error: Specifications shipped do not match the confirmed order. Doorix will arrange replacement at no cost.
*   Customer error: Specifications shipped match the confirmed order but do not fit due to customer-supplied dimensions or configuration choices. Customer is responsible for replacement part costs. Doorix will provide a discounted replacement quote as a courtesy.
*   Installer error or post-delivery modification: Customer must seek remedy directly from the installer. Doorix is not liable.

Doorix's determination of claim category is made in good faith based on documentation provided and the confirmed order on file. Doorix reserves the right to request additional evidence. Doorix's determination is final unless a material factual error can be demonstrated in writing.

## **6.4 No-Return Policy on Custom Products**
Because all garage doors are configured to customer specifications, Doorix does not accept returns of custom-ordered products unless the product is materially defective or incorrectly shipped as determined under Section 6.3. No return will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Doorix in writing.

## **7.1 Structural Frame & Panels**
Doorix warrants that aluminum frame components and door panels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for 5 years from the date of delivery.
