How to measure, what sizes we offer, and how custom orders work.
Measure the width and height of the rough opening (the finished masonry/framing, not your existing door), plus your headroom (space above the opening) and side room (space on each side). Our product pages include a measuring guide, and if you're unsure, send us your numbers and a photo — we'll confirm the fit before you order.
We stock the most common single-car (around 9×7 ft), double-car (around 16×7 ft), and oversized (around 18×8 ft) dimensions for fast shipping. We also build made-to-order custom sizes — choose "Made-to-Order" on the product page and enter your dimensions.
Yes. Beyond custom dimensions, you can configure insulation, window rows, and hardware right on the product page. For anything outside the standard options, request a custom quote and a specialist will spec it with you.
Yes — most doors offer an insulated build (R-12.9) as an upgrade, which helps with temperature control and quieter operation. You'll see the option in the configurator when you build your door.

Standard in-stock doors typically ship within 2–3 days. Made-to-order and custom configurations take longer to build — you'll see the estimated lead time when you configure your door, and we'll keep you posted with tracking.
Your door is delivered straight to your doorstep — no warehouse pickups and no heavy lifting on your end. Our flat-fee delivery is designed to be hassle-free; you'll receive tracking so you know exactly when to expect it.
